Well, yesterday I didn’t have time to weigh in (or work out, unfortunately), since I don’t have a scale and have to go to the gym to do it, so instead of Weigh In Wednesday, it’s Weigh In Thursday. ;)
Starting Weight: 210 lbs
Last week’s weight: 203
This week’s weight:
*drumroll, please*
199 lbs!
Which means that I have lost ten pounds since I started!
I officially no longer weigh 200 pounds, and I’m proud to say that I will never weigh over 200 pounds again. I’m hoping to reach my first goal weight, 190, in two weeks from now, September 21st. (Or before…)
I think that for the month of September…
I’m going to cut out all fried foods. (Except for eggs because omelets are awesome and not bad for you.)
None, zilch, zip, nada fried foods for the whole month. Yikes! But if I can get through it I think it will have great effects. Fried food is so bad for me, it makes me feel gross, and I just don’t need to be putting that stuff in my body. I’m going to start out with completely cutting it out for just this month, and then we’ll see where I go from there. After this month I may let myself have fried things every once in a while, but not very often.
I decided to start weighing myself (only) once a week, and thus do “Weigh in Wednesday”.
Highest weight: 210
Weight last week: 203
Weight this week: 203
No change. I was slightly disappointed because I was expecting to lose, but I haven’t been eating so well so I think that’s why. I’m going to make healthier food choices and control my portion sizes this week and I’m sure next week will be better. :)
i will learn to help myself, and i will try to bring my body back to a healthier state.

I did a 5k on the treadmill the other day!

My time was like 50 minutes, so that isn’t good… It’s because I can’t run the whole time, I have to walk every other tenth of a mile. But at least I did it! I’m training to run a real 5k on September 24th. :)
Since I last posted, I moved hundreds of miles away from home and started COLLEGE! It’s been amazing.
For a while before I moved I wasn’t doing so well with the weight loss thing and I had kind of let it go with everything else going on. But now that I’m at college I’m getting back on track. :) It’s so convenient to work out here because the rec center is like a 2 minute walk from my dorm. I found a workout buddy and we’ve been going almost every day.
And GOOD NEWS- I weighed myself, and I’m down to 203 now! Which brings me to 7 pounds lost. :) I’m glad to be back on track, I’m going to start working even harder to get healthier and get this weight off. I’ll be back on my blog more too. I don’t know if anyone really cares or pays attention, but I’m here if you ever wanna talk, haha.
Lastly- sorry for reblogging the camera thing all the time. I’d just really like to win….
This past week was a really bad one…
So many calories went uncounted and so many workout opportunities were missed. And I’m afraid I’m starting to lose my motivation.
But luckily this is a new week and I can start over, so it’s time to get back on track.
